Mastermind Communications presents yet another training for the expats community in Romania, this time on doing business with Romanians, addressed to foreign managers operating on Romanian market in the field of direct services to customers as well as business-to-business.

Based on sources from history, sociology and psychology, the course depicts some modern patters of reasoning-acting-assessing flow made by Romanian employees when challenged to do business. The efficiency-effectiveness-ethics triangle provides an interesting clue for people willing to understand and work with Romanian clients and large audiences. We shall seek to explain why some values and behaviours are very long-lasting, whereas other change as they are short-lived.
